Em’s background stems from dance - having trained professionally, she gained her degree at London Studio Centre before becoming a certified mobility instructor.
Em has always weight trained to support her active lifestyle, but discovered functional fitness 4 years ago and hasn’t looked back! Realising that there was a need for more understanding and focus on mobility, Em is passionate about making it accessible to all. From those wanting to simply improve their day to day mobility to Olympic weightlifting legends, her classes are a blend of stretch and strength to access your full potential.

Jude is a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for holistic wellbeing.
Her yoga journey began in 2011 and led her to qualify as a teacher in 2019. Drawn to the powerful connection between mind and body, she trained in both Hatha and Vinyasa styles.
In her classes, Jude blends the grounding focus of Hatha with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa, incorporating movement to build strength, breathwork to calm the mind, and relaxation techniques to support emotional resilience.
Her sessions are welcoming and accessible, suitable for beginners through to intermediate level.
Georgie Garcia is our Yoga & Zumba instructor at The Studio.
Her vast amount of experience in dance led her to become naturally a Zumba instructor after living in Latin America for over 3 years and working as a Dancer in Cancun. She developed a strong understanding in salsa, merengue and Cumbria to name a few.
Georgie became qualified in Zumba and yoga in 2014 when she set up her own business and has built up a strong and loyal following over the past 10 years of her teaching career.
Her HATHA yoga classes will be strongly focused on alinement and understanding the body's needs and limits. Her classes are challenging yet accessible for all levels.
Anja is a Level 3 qualified Mat Pilates instructor with additional certifications in pre- and postnatal exercise and Pilates for common orthopaedic conditions.
She’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build a solid foundation for everyday life. Her classes blend energising core work with mobility exercises and finish with calming stretches to help you leave feeling balanced and refreshed.
