Small Group Personal Training at The Studio is designed to help you move with purpose, stay consistent, and finally hit your goals — whether that’s building strength, dropping body fat, or simply getting back on track with your training.
Each 4-week course includes:
✅ Two 1-hour PT sessions per week with a qualified coach
✅ Only 6 people per group – expert attention and shared motivation
✅ Weekly weigh-ins to track your progress
✅ Macro check-ins for added accountability
✅ Free access to The Shed gym up to 4x per week
✅ Starter pack including recipe ideas, nutrition guidance, and macro tools
✅ Supportive WhatsApp group chat for motivation between sessions
You choose the time slot that suits your life — just commit to either the Morning Course or Evening Course. Sessions run twice a week for four weeks.
