SAUNA & ICE BATHS

Why Heat + Cold Works

Heat increases circulation, helps muscles relax, and supports deep relaxation.

Cold exposure reduces inflammation, sharpens focus and builds resilience.

Used together, sauna ice therapy creates a powerful contrast that leaves your body feeling warm, cool, calm and reset.

This is recovery that works.
