Laura Wooding: Sound Practitioner
Your wellbeing is always my priority. Sound Baths are safe and supportive for many people, but there are a few things to be mindful of before booking.
If you’re not sure whether a session is right for you, please feel free to reach out - I’d be happy to help.
In-person Group Sound Baths
Sound Baths support deep rest, ease stress, and enhanced self-awareness. Most participants find the experience deeply nourishing. However, I recommend not attending or seek medical advice before booking if you:
Other Things to Know Before Attending a Sound Bath:
Comfort: Sessions either involve sitting for 15 minutes on wooden benches at the Sauna & Sound sessions, and laying down for 1 hour at Sound Bath with Laura sessions. If that’s difficult for you right now, please let me know and I can suggest something more suitable.
Hearing Aids: If you prefer, you may remove your hearing aids before the session, as some frequencies can cause feedback or discomfort. You will still receive the benefits of the sound and vibrations as they travel through your body.
Important Note
By booking a Sound Bath you confirm that you’ve read and understood these guidelines and are taking part at your own discretion.

Sauna heat for mobility. Cold plunge for resilience. From beginners to seasoned lifters, the Recovery Centre gives you the tools to train smarter, not just harder.
